1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ongbd platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to ongbd's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the ongbd platform or is using its services.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. Allowing others to use your account is not permitted.

• Always log out at the end of each session.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, ongbd may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ongbd processes transactions exclusively through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. For customer convenience, the following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳100.
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
• When making a deposit, keep the transaction reference number safely for your records.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the depositor's own mobile banking account.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ongbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• ongbd reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious or abusive bonus activity.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.

6. Game Rules

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.

• Any attempt at match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage in sports betting will result in account closure.
