Types of Slot Games
Before diving into slots, learn about the different types of slot games available.
Classic Slots
Traditional three-reel slots — simple rules, fewer paylines. Ideal for beginners. This type of game is found in the classic series from Microgaming and NetEnt.
Video Slots
Five-reel video slots feature animations, bonus rounds and special features. Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus is a popular example of this type.
Jackpot Slots
The jackpot pool grows with every bet placed. One hit can bring a big win. These games are found in the progressive lines from Microgaming and NetEnt.
Megaways Slots
The reel height changes on every spin, creating thousands of ways to win. Pragmatic Play's Megaways series uses this mechanic.
Cascading Reels
Winning symbols disappear and new ones fall into place — creating the chance for consecutive wins. Some popular games from NetEnt and PG Soft feature this mechanic.
Cluster Pays
Instead of lines, wins come from forming clusters of matching symbols. Pragmatic Play's Sweet Bonanza is a prime example of this mechanic.
Fishing & Arcade Games
Fishing games are one of the most entertaining categories in online gaming. You use a cannon to aim and shoot at fish moving across the screen. Each fish has its own multiplier — larger fish and boss fish pay out more than smaller ones.
Cannon Level
Increasing the cannon's power raises the cost per shot — and increases the chance of catching bigger fish.
Boss Fish
Catching a giant boss fish gives a chance to win a large multiplier — but it takes more shots.
Arcade Types
Various game types including JILI's Mega Fishing, Bombing Fishing and Jackpot Fishing.
Cost Control
Set the cost per shot according to your budget — start small.
Important Tips
- Aim carefully rather than firing many shots at once
- Smaller fish can give better returns at lower cost
- Keep some shots in reserve for boss fish
- Decide on your budget limit before you start
Jackpot Games — Where Dreams Come True
Various types of jackpot games are available at ongbd — each offering the chance to win big.
Progressive Jackpot Slots
A small portion of every spin goes into the jackpot pool. The pool keeps growing until one lucky player wins the entire amount.
Live Casino Side-Bet Jackpot
Place a small side bet alongside your main bet at a live table game — special card combinations give you the chance to win a big bonus jackpot.
Crash Game Multiplier
The higher the graph climbs, the larger the multiplier grows. Cashing out at the right moment can take the multiplier to jackpot levels — Spribe's Aviator pioneered this mechanic.
Fishing Jackpot
In games like JILI's Ocean King Jackpot and Jackpot Fishing, hunting boss fish gives a special chance to win the jackpot pool.

RTP and House Edge Explained
RTP, or Return to Player, is the theoretical rate at which a game returns a percentage of total bets to players over the long term. For example, if a slot has an RTP of 96%, then theoretically an average of 96 out of every 100 taka wagered is returned to players. Keep in mind, however, that this is an average across millions of spins — results in a single session can be entirely different.
RTP ranges typically vary across different game categories. Slot games usually show an RTP of 92% to 98%, while table games like blackjack can reach close to 99% RTP when the correct strategy is followed. Roulette generally has an RTP of 94% to 97% depending on the variant.
House edge is the flip side of RTP — the amount the casino retains. If a game's RTP is 97%, the house edge is 3%. A lower house edge means more favorable conditions for the player over the long term.
Why is it important to know about RTP before playing? Because it helps you make informed decisions. Choosing games with a higher RTP increases the chance of keeping your balance longer over time. Keep in mind, though, that gaming is always for entertainment — never bet to recover losses.
